Bubba's request for breakfast for dinner was French toast. I am running seriously low on groceries in this house. Its a good thing the kids go to camp or I'd probably have nothing left! In the bowl went the last of the eggs, but I still have bread left, which is good. Along with milk, cinnamon, vanilla, agave nectar & chia seeds. You have to work quick with the chia seeds or they'll start to suck up all the liquid!
Fried in butter.
I topped the slices with this butter-this is the best pic I could get, sorry! They sell this at Costco every now and again. Its a local creamery and their flavored butters are so good & all natural.
I'm off to read my new book, its already hooked me! I have to get up early, so its gonna be an early night for me. See you tomorrow-have a great night!
