Building my immunity

Today I can feel that I could eat everything in site if I don't reign it in! I'm trying to keep it to a minimum and may need to leave the house just to stop myself. I've only had a Clif mini bar, a Stonyfield 3-in-1 yogurt & a salad. But it wasn't just a salad, it was the famous Immunity Builder Salad Mix from Canterbury Creek Gardens. Every week they mix up a giant batch of dark, leafy greens & whatever else they have. In my bowl I saw carrots, green onions & purple cabbage. I know there's also kale, mustard greens, dandelion greens, chard and others I can't even remember! Now I just dumped it in a bowl, topped with basil vinaigrette, goat cheese & walnuts-I'm out of pine nuts :(   but on their site, there are a bunch of recipes using this stuff. One is Pita Pizza! You know I am all over that!  Now, since they make this every week, I may have to make sure I am there to get some seeing as how those recipes mostly use the immunity mix & I was excited to see so many uses for it! Tonight, I am so excited for dinner! Breakfast for dinner can sometimes get a little monotonous, but I have a really great idea that I think the kids are going to love, so check back later!
