Fruit salsa with honeyed Greek yogurt & cinnamon sugar tortilla chips

I saw the idea for fruit salsa on www.positscience.com. I thought it would be awesome for breakfast for dinner for tonight. I admit, it was rather labor intensive, dicing up all the fruit. I needed a glass of wine. I found this at Sam's Club for $5.99. I'm classy like that.

I think it turned out great. I made the kids' not a salsa, but really just a fruit salad. I made myself a little bowl of the fruit with onions. I was sad I didn't have cilantro, but it was fine without it.

Before the banana. Cherries turned everything pink.
I used onions from my garden!
I melted butter and brushed it on tortillas, sprinkled with cinnamon sugar & sliced them with a pizza cutter.
Bake at 450 until crispy.
Some got a little too crispy
Greek yogurt with organic raw honey
My plate. I'll be having seconds of course.

Overall, I really liked this meal, it was fun. What would I do differently? For starters, I would not core & cut up my own pineapple. Second, I would have more cherries. Third, I would cut the tortillas into strips and create a 'sundae' with yogurt, then fruit then the tortillas. And I would definitely add cilantro to mine to make it a true salsa-I found myself seeking out the onions.
How did the family like it? Bubba and D both said it was good. BabyGirl said she loved it & Brian said it was delicious. I can't really ask for more than that!
