The elusive veggie dog

Why is it so hard to find veggie hot dogs?? I went to 2 stores and almost gave up at store #2, but then the employee I asked chased me down (not really, he just yelled ma'am, cuz I am a ma'am now unfortunately) and told me they are in the dairy section! Cuz that makes sense-fake meat products should be by the cream cheese. Whatever. They had 3 packs left and don't think I didn't buy them all! Now I have a freezer stash! The leftovers from Memorial Day are definitely on their last legs, so I heated up the pork & served up the old ass leftover salads unapologetically. Oh yes I did.

I didn't have any caprese pasta salad since yesterday I stood over the bowl & ate most of it straight from the bowl. Don't judge me like that-you know you've done the same!

I bought Alice in Wonderland tonight since we didn't see it at the theater. Well D did. But I knew if I waited 5 minutes I could own for a lot less than the 2nd mortgage it costs going to the theater. Is it just me or do movies come out lightening fast now? It just came out in theaters in March for god sake.

And finally, I am SO excited about Foodbuzz's 24x24 challenge. I plan on entering next month, I can't do it this month, I have a wedding shower. I can't tell you anything yet because I have to submit my proposal to be accepted. Fingers crossed! I think its a really cool idea and have been thinking about doing it for months. This would be a perfect opportunity!
