Now that summer is finally here, we'll be spending lots of time outdoors. Cooking, eating & hanging out. We've been working on the backyard non-stop getting it in shape. Here's our progress so far.
The garden went from this:
to this. Shabby chic or just shabby? We need some paint on our garbage picked fence!

I planted some flowers
strung some lights...
I'm hoping to stain the poles next week!
And rearranged furniture.
I relocated the fire pit table to the grass much to Brian's dismay.
And set up my new favorite spot in the yard.
There's still lots to do back there. We need to fence it all in. And I want a lattice wall behind my day bed swing for privacy/prettiness. I also want to relocate the grill, but I'm not sure where yet.
I'm being patient. Its all a lot of work! And right now, its just fine. Cuz this is what it looked like before:
