This is the end result. Topped with shredded cheddar & a little bit of sour cream-it was delicious.
Everything in it:
Quinoa, black beans, sweet corn, canned tomatoes with the juice,cilantro, garlic powder, cumin, EVOO, S&P, onion powder and TrueLime

I'll be honest, no one liked it but me & D- and he eats pretty much anything, so that's not saying much. Everybody else in this family thinks Quinoa is weird. Honestly they're all like 3 year olds. I spoon fed it to Bubba with him fake gagging the whole time.
All of that said, you should really try it. If nothing else, it filled their stomachs and was better then cereal for dinner!
