Holy cow-did you know that Gazpacho is quite possibly the quickest, easiest thing to make? Ever!? Well I didn't. Has everyone been holding out on me?
Before I got to work chopping veggie, I thought, I have a BlendTec. Isn't this precisely what its for? Why, yes it is! I kind of cut up peppers, celery, minced garlic, green onions, dumped in a can of tomato sauce, a bunch of seasonings, some Worcestershire, agave nectar-gave it like 4 pulses & boom-done. Then I whipped up a box mix of Trader Joe's corn bread (my father would be horrified), topped it with sharp cheddar and called it dinner. It may be a record.
I mixed it all up together in a big mug.
Did they all like it? Does it matter? Just kidding, of course it does.
The twins didn't like it at all. Big surprise. D said its 'alright'.
Brian was still working on the counter at press time, but I don't think it'll be a glowing review.
Either my kids are killing each other or being best friends having the best time. Today's the latter.
They're playing 'toilet'. I know they're special-don't be jealous.
