Our neighbor that D does work for brought me some tomatoes today, still warm from the sun. Honestly, there's nothing better! Its one of my favorite things about summer.
Tonight was Taco Tuesday! Brian had the brilliant idea of using some leftover pulled pork for the meat.
I made my base with the black bean & corn salsa and some extra black beans. I didn't love these shells, so I just made a taco salad.
Topped with lots of lettuce, garden tomatoes, cheese & greek yogurt.
Today I worked on getting the upstairs kitchen organized & cleaned up a bit. We still have some painting & shelves to put up. And we have to schedule the tile guys to put up the mosaic tiles. But I still needed to put stuff away. I have to get all the boxes cleared out of the other side of the basement for the boys to move down there ASAP.
While I worked I listened to my Grooveshark playlists. I could not get that new Eminem song out of my head all day, so I listened to it a couple of times & that kind of took care of it. Except now that I'm typing it-its back! Ugh! You listen so you can have it in your head too!
