How did it turn out? Meh. Its was pretty bland. I'm not sure how that happened-I used a ton of spices! So I totally dumped a lot more seasoning into the stoup. We'll see how that turns out. Hopefully better. As soon as I taste & it cools, its going into the freezer for a winter night when I don't feel like cooking. How awesome is that! I just need to remember to label it so we don't have 'mystery' meal again.
Vegetarian stuffed cabbage still eludes me. Sigh.
