Pita Pizza love!

I love pita pizzas! I think I like them more than regular pizza crusts (gasp!). Tonight I knew exactly what I wanted on my pizza-wild mushrooms & goat cheese. Now I just needed to figure out the execution. I did a quick search on Foodbuzz and found this recipe.  He uses greek vinaigrette and sour cream as a base. Hmm, I have greek yogurt and olive oil, would that work or be a gross mess?

I would like to take this time to tell you that I am not the photographer of the evening, D is. Wow. That's all I have to say. Anyway, here we go.

This cheese blend is SO good.

OMG-So delicious!

So here's the order of things:
1. spray pita with olive oil spray
2.spread with greek yogurt or sour cream
3. sprinkle with garlic powder   
4. sprinkle on the shredded italian cheeses
5. layer on onions, mushrooms & goat cheese
Bake at 400 degrees until the edges look crispy
