Since I already posted about dinner last night, here's a quick post about entry into the world of blogging.
I've been reading multiple blogs for quite awhile now. I vaguely remember how I started-it was eatlikeme-Cristin Dillon Jones, the RD blogger for Self magazine. I think I found Kath next & then Jenna & it took off from there from reading comments. I have lots & lots of blogs in my favorites. But I still read Kath & Jenna everyday. I'm pretty sure everyone in the blogging community knows who they are. I kind of outgrew eatlikeme. I check in every now and again, but that's about it. Its just not the same as the others I follow. Its weird how you feel like you actually know these people-they share SO much of their lives with us. There are so many great ones out there. I imagine there are thousands more I've yet to discover! Most people I know in life don't even know I have a blog. I have to wonder if its that way for anyone else?
I assume everyone is like me, gets up, gets coffee (or gets to work) and settles in to catch up on their usual blogs. Now with reader-I admit, its much easier and does actually save me time. And if you're totally obessessive, not like me or anything, you check in multiple times a day. I also read celeb gossip sites like its my job. Its just stupid fun.
I'm so very excited my friend in real life, Sue, has started a blog. She's an actual RD so I expect great things from her. She just did a fun post on the Westside Market-check it out!
Just a little FYI about my history. Do you remember how you got started?
I have a great post later today about a show I watched last night-I found out some great things! Wait till you hear, uh, read!
