The Comfort Table

I have looked through some of the cookbooks I got from the library & so far, I'm kind of loving Katie Lee Joel! I want to make all of her recipes. She has cute little stories for all of them & she seems really nice. I think I want to be friends with her. Kind of like I want to be friends with Ina, but I don't think she'd have me. Katie seems much more open! She's from West Virginia after all, but maybe traveling in the Manhattan social circles has jaded her. Who knows, maybe her divorce got her ousted. All I know is her receipes seem simple & delicious. I think I'm going to try the gazpacho. I've never even had any before! Or maybe the granola. We'll see. I may have to own this book!!
