Thanksgiving Ravioli

Let's talk leftovers! Now the favorite around here is Thanksgiving in a Bowl & its quite possible that we all look forward to it more than actual Thanksgiving dinner. But this year, I was really excited to try something new. As a matter of fact, I came up with 2 new recipes.

The first, Thanksgiving Ravioli with sage brown butter sauce

Until I get these or this, I used wonton wrappers which worked just fine.
I cut up my turkey pretty small, mixed it with stuffing & my leftover roasted root veggies.
Then I spooned out 1 tbsp. per wonton.
Wet the edges with water to seal & put them in a pot of simmering water to cook the wrappers & heat the mixture inside.

While the raviolis are cooking, whip up your sage brown butter & fry the raviolis in it. Enjoy.
I have to say, this turned out as great as I thought it would! I think I might make Thanksgiving dinner all over again just to have this!

This is just the first recipe, you'll have to come back for the second.
I can't decide which I like better!
