Caprese Toasts

I've only got a few minutes, but I could not wait to share this! These delicious toasts are great for lunch or on a smaller scale, an appetizer. 

1. Toast your authentic Italian bread.
2. Drizzle with EVOO.
3. Sprinkle with garlic powder & dried basil. (When summer comes, I'll use fresh of course)
4. Add sliced fresh mozzarella to cover the toast.
5. Top with sliced tomatoes.
6. Drizzle more EVOO, a sprinkle of sea salt & dried basil.
