BUT my $7 oven thermometer reads just barely 400º. A HA!
So I just took my flat bread out of the oven after extra cooking time to cook. My thermometer reads 425º. Now I don't see this as a huge problem for most things, but I would imagine baking would be a problem. Of course under is better than over I think, but a problem nonetheless.
Here it is! Its still a bit doughy in the midde, but the flavor is delicious!
Slice this up for your next casual gathering. Or for yourself in front of the TV for movie night. Half the flat bread is only 300 calories-not too bad!
Now run out and buy an oven thermometer. Hurry!
