BabyGirl's bruise from falling down the steps. Holy cow.
I thought maybe she needed a little 'feel better' present. I went to the Ten Thousand Villages shop in Rocky River.
It has turtles on it & a little turtle button. Maybe she'll let me borrow it! :)
They saleslady gave me a penny to put in it-so that her purse 'is never empty'. Cool, right?
BabyGirl loves turtles. This is her turtle, Ana. You know, to keep with all the animal theme I have going on.
I got myself something totally different from anything I own, its a multi-colored sweat-like jacket. Its really cool & perfect for my favorite season, fall!
So instead of supporting a giant corporation, like (my beloved) Target, I felt like I was really doing something good. Both the purse & my jacket were made in Nepal. She said that purchases really do make a big difference in the lives of women there.
They also have some really awesome jewelry and cool gift ideas. I highly recommend it if you're looking for something special or just different and cool. And its pretty reasonably priced.
OHHHH, I finally found refrigerator biscuit dough & croissant dough that is all natural!! Holy cow, am I excited! They're pretty pricey though, so I'll have to really pick it for something special. And I know, I could make my own biscuits. I could...
And one last thing. Last night I was laying in bed reading and I looked down and saw this big mole on my stomach and it looked all deformed & I thought, well I finally did it, I gave myself skin cancer! And then I thought well that just popped up overnight. Then I touched it and realized, it was just chocolate. On my stomach. Underneath my shirt!
