As a parent of school age children, a cause important to me, as you probably know, is The Healthy School Meals Act. Bob Harper of the Biggest Loser recently left a phone message for members of Congress asking them to support the Healthy School Meals Act, H.R. 4870. You can call Congress yourself right here!
And in honor of Grilling Season-because I care about you guys, but hate to nag, I give you-the 5 worst foods to grill. I was surprised by the list actually.
I am a very busy gal today! I quickly ate some leftover eggs & peppers & I gotta say, they were definitely on their last leg, so sadly, a little had to go in the garbage-I hate that!!! I gotta keep working-see you all later!
