Menu Plan Monday

Well, its Monday-you know what that means! I thought I would try some recipes from one of my favorite cookbooks I got, The Comfort Table by Katie Lee Joel.

Monday~Mexican Chicken (cook frozen chicken breasts in bottled salsa for an hour and half, for the last 10 minutes sprinkle with shredded cheddar , let it melt & serve over orzo)

Tuesday~Quiche with broccoli, peppers & goat cheese-from The Comfort Table

Wednesday~ Vidalia Onion pie with watermelon feta salad -both from The Comfort Table

Thursday~ Breakfast for dinner: Bacon & eggs on the grill

Friday~ grilled cheese sandwiches with scallop corn chowder-chowder from The Comfort Table
